These service rules explain how to use programme spaces responsibly. Any paid offer must show its own price and commercial terms before purchase.
Use an email address you control, protect your password and authenticator, and use only access granted to you. Do not impersonate another person or share an invitation beyond its intended recipient.
Organisers are responsible for their programme content, admission decisions, session arrangements and the instructions they give members. Conelou does not certify learning, professional qualifications or programme impact.
Share content you have the right to use. Respect the stated audience and other members’ privacy. External meeting and resource links remain subject to the external provider’s rules.
Programme completion, cancellation, leaving and account closure are different actions. Submitted work and feedback are records; closing a programme does not automatically erase them.
