Conelou uses account and programme information to provide its service. Access follows membership and explicit permissions.
Account email, profile details and photos you choose to add, programme membership, posts, mentor messages, session choices, submitted work and feedback are used to operate the programme experience. Getting-started choices and your own checklist/read markers are saved so you can resume setup.
Programme spaces and profile pictures are for permitted members. Mentor messages are private to the participant and mentor in that conversation. Private submitted work is for its author and assigned reviewer; an organiser role alone does not grant access. A linked external service applies its own permissions and privacy terms.
The service uses session cookies for sign-in and short-lived pseudonymous counters to protect authentication. Essential storage is used to provide account and programme functions, not advertising.
You can update your profile and preferences in Account and request an export of your own information. Use Account → Your information to close your account. Contact support@outcomark.com for privacy or correction requests. Shared programme history and records involving others need a careful review before removal.
Privacy questions can be sent to support@outcomark.com. Do not include credentials or another member’s private work in your request.
